2. Topic
   • This Agreement relates to the purchase and sale of the following goods (“Products”) by Buyer from Seller:

3. Order and payment
   • The Buyer has placed an order for the Products through the Seller’s website. Payment is made using the credit card chosen by the buyer during the ordering process. The seller will process the order after confirming the payment.
4. Delivery
   • The seller will ship the products to the address provided by the buyer during the order process. Expected delivery time is 15 days. The Seller will inform the Buyer of any delay in delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
   • The buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing or by email.
6. Returns and Refunds
   • If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Products must be returned to the Seller in their original condition and packaging. The seller will refund the purchase amount, within 7 days of receipt of the returned products.
7. Warranties and Liability
   • Seller warrants that the products are free from defects and conform to the specifications provided. The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
   • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
